This kit is made for the everyday person as well as the person that is looking to increase their performance and looks. HSP Diesel saw that many of our customers were wanting hot and cold side pipes together because it made sense to change them both at the same time and have them matching.

Max Flow Bridge And Cold Side Tube that comes in the HSP Intercooler charge pipe bundle is a major piece of that puzzle. What the Max Flow Bridge And Cold Side Tube are is a new 3 Inch CNC Machined bridge section. Now what this bridge section does is it provides a better than factory mating surface and provides a much easier installation than others because of our two-piece design. The Bridge section is also assembled using 2 M8 studs and 12 point nuts, it then seals with a high-strength O-ring to prevent any possibility of boost leaks. When we tested these bridges we tested to over 100 PSI to ensure that your truck will never have a boost leak from the bridge. That brings us to our cold side piece, our cold side piece is a 3-inch mandrel-bent tube that gives maximum flow and reduces the air turbulence drastically. This gives you maximum performance, maximum flow, and efficiency.

The factory hot side pipe in the Duramax equipped trucks is less than stellar to put it lightly. The factory pipe is known for leaks, it has hard bends that are made with hard bends that do not flow as well as they should. HSP saw that this was a problem and knew we had to go in to take care of it as soon as possible, so we went to work and created the HSP Hot Side Intercooler Tube. We started with sweeping style bends that allow the air to flow up to 40 Percent more freely. This means we have less turbulence and that gives us more power in the long run and cooler temperatures. As well you should know that this kit makes the truck sound so much better you will be able to hear that turbo and hear a much crisper tone.
